2024.03.26--28: Test experiment of the cryogenic H2 target at FNL
With the 3.3 MeV-proton beam from the dynamitron at FNL (Fast Neutron Laboratory) , we performed a test experiment to check the thickness of the cryogenic H2 target.

2023.11.13--14: The 21st meeting for the AVF cyclotrons in Japan
Itoh, Adachi, and Yonekura went to SHI factory in Ehime prefecture and reported the present status of our facility.
2023.07.20--21: Test measurement of our new cryogenic hydrogen target system.
This target system is used for the 10-MeV monoenergetic neutron source.
2023.06.12--25: We performed the E583 experiment at RCNP, Osaka Univesity. One of the goals in this expriment is to measure the Giant Monopole Resonace (GMR) in Pd isotopes.

The GMR will shed light on the "softness" of nuclei away from closed shell.
2023.05.15: Mr. Yamazaki got Sutudent Presentation Award of the Physical Society of Japan!
